Production Structure

For my productions, I develop structured directing and running plans that give everyone involved clear orientation. The current show schedule can be followed in real time from anywhere (e.g., on a smartphone), so that production, technology, and stage are always on the same page. This reduces sources of error, increases precision, and makes the overall process clearer and more efficient for everyone involved.
